Called to make an urgent appt, said they don’t take new patients when I needed to see a Dr urgently. “Medical centre partner decision” was the reason. Was a bit confused
I have been a longstanding attendee at this medical practice because of the quality of care and follow up. The doctors take extra time with patients when needed and have a good network of skilled allied health and specialist clinicians to refer you on to when required. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly too Highly recommended Sometimes difficult to get a spot with your preferred dr but have I have been able to access someone.
