The property is musty & moldy like it has been flooded several times.. Floors are sticky & the bed is urine stained. Condo is two stories but the stairs to the bedroom are a trip hazard and in no way shape or form are they up to code. Definitely several ADA violations. The handrails on the balcony look like they will fall over if you even breathe on them. Half the windows are cloudy/ stained.
