This place is great! But what makes it even more amazing is the employees working there!
I had a flat tire and ask to fixed . They told me it will take 4 days. I bought the parts and I did it in 15 min. No comment on at that customer service
A BIG thank you to Josh, Nate, Matt and the KCC team for getting me on the road quickly with my new bike kit build-up. I ordered a custom road bike frame and delivered it along with the necessary components to KCC. KCC found a frame fabrication issue and rectified the issue upon consultation with me. The bike build was completed in a timely manner. Thank you again KCC team. 👍
I've had good experience with this bike shop. They replaced my Cervelo P3 bottom bracket and repaired a Mavic racing wheel for my road bike and replaced bearings in my Zipp TT carbon disc wheel. I've been there many times, mostly picking up maintenance items and parts.
