Incredibly poorly managed shop. A friend of mine ordered a bike from them - which ended up being too small. After weeks and weeks of trying to get in contact with the manager who never responded to her calls or emails, she cut her losses with a bike that is too small for her. As someone who spent many years selling bikes at a shop, I was shocked by her experience. Unless you know exactly what you want and in what size I suggest skipping this bike store all together. I was super excited to buy my first mountain bike and I saved up for months. Unfortunately they didn’t have my size in the bike I wanted at the store, but they said they could order it in for me. I followed the sizing chart online by Salsa.
