Poor customer support
Poor customer service. And lack of care. I am writing to formally address KUA regarding an appalling experience. The conduct displayed by this individual is deeply troubling and reflects poorly on KUA. In Nov. 26, 2024, we moved into our new home and promptly contacted KUA to transfer the electricity account to our name. At that time, there were no issues with our service, and we received no notice, statement, or warning that the electricity might be disconnected.
