I have only had good experiences with KUA. Excellent customer service and they are very helpful!!
Can't get in contact with a person, whenever I call it just hangs up.
From the moment I walk in to pay my bill or handle any electrical issues the welcome atmosphere is everywhere. The security guard is helpful to the receptionist to the next window where they call your name. Their fast service is impressive and I am happy I chose to move to Kissimmee, Florida. If u get disconnected even if ur pay the Reconnection fee they are Requiring another deposit of $400 mind you I haven’t moved from my property in more than 20 yrs and if you get disconnected you pay a reconnection fee so where this deposit is going because I don’t plan to move.. the customer service are great but it’s absurd of asking for another deposit which I will never get back🫵
KUA IS TERRIBLE! TWICE IN 7 YEARS IVE ASK FOR A BREAK! TO SPLIT MY BILL! BECAUSE I WAS SICK WITH COVID-19 AND OUT OF WORK BECAUSE I HURT MY BACK!! BOTH TIMES I WAS DENIED THE HELP!!
