Lutz was very unprofessional. They repeatedly hung up the phone in my face and tried to gaslight me as if I had called them. I was finally able to speak to another representative named Erwin. He wasn't able to help me since that's not his usual store and he didn't have the contact information for the owners, unfortunately.
