I’ve taken my 13-year-old son to this office twice, and both visits were extremely disappointing. Dr. was dismissive, repeatedly saying “Let me think” instead of providing real answers or solutions. That’s how he ended the appointment—leaving us with no clear direction. Even worse, the doctor’s attitude made my son feel really bad. Instead of being supportive, he was dismissive and unhelpful, making my son feel like he was a problem rather than a patient in need of care.
