First time here with my sister and niece. We all left not liking our service. I asked for my full set nails to be thin and coffin and didn’t get any of that.
Mai is the absolute best! I’ve been coming here for a year and after leaving town and coming back, I won’t go anywhere else! I absolutely love the atmosphere and she does a great job! She asked you what you want and gives you exactly what you asked for!
Went Sunday (4/13) to get my nails done. Was seated and never told how long a wait would be. Sat there waiting over 35 minutes and still no assistance. Been going there since I was a teenager and now I need to find a new nail salon. They lost me as a customer that day. I have never waited that long and lack of communication with a customer is a major key. Was looking forward to getting my nails done for the holiday and now I'm left scrambling to find a new nail salon.
