I like joy better than the Pineville office they are always kind and always help with kids during appointments
In 2023, my husband and I got examined here and while I was having my examination the woman who pushes glasses through them had talked him into a pair there. I suggested he still get a copy of his prescription and tried to suggest he look elsewhere when this office couldn't give an exact price that day after insurance cost (EyeMart could). Employees are very kind and very helpful especially with me being disabled!! Only reason giving a 4 star is the cost but they are still very reasonable!! Overall a wonderful experience!!
Awful experience. I waited 2 weeks for my glasses to come in, only for them to be messed up. Waited 2 more weeks for a new pair of lens to come in, only to find out from my retina doctor that the prescription was completely wrong. I waited over a month for a refund on the lens mess up (which at first they were trying to tell me they wouldn’t refund me and it would exhaust out my warranty), and I’m still out $100 for a pair of glasses I can’t even wear. Save your time & money and go to a professional eye doctor.
