Employees are very kind and very helpful especially with me being disabled!! Only reason giving a 4 star is the cost but they are still very reasonable!! Overall a wonderful experience!!
Awful experience. I waited 2 weeks for my glasses to come in, only for them to be messed up. Waited 2 more weeks for a new pair of lens to come in, only to find out from my retina doctor that the prescription was completely wrong. I waited over a month for a refund on the lens mess up (which at first they were trying to tell me they wouldn’t refund me and it would exhaust out my warranty), and I’m still out $100 for a pair of glasses I can’t even wear. Save your time & money and go to a professional eye doctor.
This place is a joke. Had to get my eyes examined twice for contacts and they still haven't got it right
