Amazing experience!! Jada was very informative and sensitive to my concerns. She was thorough with explaining what was being done, how it would be done, and the care instructions after. Area was clean upon arrival. She was prepped and ready. I was out in 30 minutes. She was very adamant and thorough with cleaning after as well. That’s major!! 10/10! Absolutely Exceptional!
Jada was amazing! It had been awhile since my last wax before coming to Florence but she took care of me without judgement and I was very pleased with my results. She even provided great tips for aftercare. She will have a new returning customer.
Super welcoming and a good experience!
