I came to this shop to change my nose piercing and was delighted with the service that was provided to me. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted in a friendly manner. Emmy was very patient with me and helped me pick the perfect hoop ring for my nose. Overall very professional and clean!
I got my nose pierced here in October 2024, and made an appointment last week for a consultation on a jewelry change. I found out the day before that I had a conflict on the appointment day and attempted to contact the shop via the Contact Us link on the website the night before. Giigii is a gem! Visited her on a Saturday with my bestie for some nose piercings, (septum and nostril). She really let us take our time picking out jewelry and answered all of our questions. We both said we felt like we’ve known her forever… her vibe is calm and outgoing. She immediately made us feel comfortable and walked us through each step of the process. The door says the shop closes at 8. Google says open and that it closes at 8. The shop was not open as stated both online & on the door. Called, no one picked up. Just wanted to purchase some jewelry.
