Great Place The atmosphere is so quaint and homey. Food is made from scratch so everything is fresh and wholesome. And of course the owner Cookie is the best hostess. Was very impressed with them, give it a try you will not be disapointed.
My husband and I had breakfast here this morning, excellent! Great food, made from scratch and worth waiting for! Great service, friendly and accommodating. Our new favorite spot for breakfast!
This is my new favorite local eatery. Three of us went this a.m. to celebrate a birthday (a traditional "breakfast for your birthday") and chose Kiss the Cook because it just opened recently. Cute decor, very friendly staff, and a really huge assortment on the menu. Yes it takes more than 5 minutes to get your food, but it's all freshly cooked to order. Fantastic Food - Sounds like someone (jlink) doesn't know good food when they taste it! I just found out today that this was the old Milk and Honey and I couldn't be happier! Yes, you wait but the food is worth the wait! We've never been treated with anything but kindness and respect. Glad they're back!!
I don't know about the Milk n Honey reviews, I think that was a ticked off customer or x-employee. The space is cramped, it was warm in there the wait for food too long. But, what I got, Huavos Rancheros, was to me, worth the wait. I owned a restaurant for many years and know their growing pains. Give them a chance!! I know I will be going back!
Same people that ran Milk and Honey on Douglas Ave. Beware do not buy any gift cards from these people. They take your money and run ! They are very rude and very slow ! They open when they can roll out of bed....BEWARE ! Bad bad bad.....unprofessional people running the place (Chef Troy) and his side kick and her mother. (Edited June 26, 2012)
