unprofessional black business, properties are listed but aren't move in ready, doesn't show up for scheduled showings of unit and doesn't return phone calls after leaving various voicemails. They just aren't ready to run a business and they don't even have the decency to prep their units. This pics posted on the net aren't even livable conditions... Fix your property and have it clean and move in ready before listing it and trying to get someone to rent your substandard housing. These unsavory slumlords are out of control
