Wes, brought out the wrong window for nieces car! Proceeded to cuss her dad in front of my niece and then demanded money for vacuuming the car!
They brought out the wrong glass for the car, cussed my nephew out in front of his teenage daughter a nd demanded 50$ for vacuuming up a bit of glass!! I would never use KMG!
Do not EVER use this company. They came to repair my daughter's back window after her car was broken into and the guy named Wes CUSSED my husband out. They had brought the wrong window and were completely unprofessional! My daughter was already shaken up because of her car and the guy did this!!! UNPROFESSIONAL.
How disappointing is this!!? On top of a young college girl already being upset due to a break in, the glimpse of hope she had for a good ending to a bad day was crushed by adult men. If you don’t have a servants heart you shouldn’t work in a business that requires it.

RecommendedThey showed up on time at my hotel, cleaned up the broken glass out of the car, and replaced the window in about 30 minutes. Good price, and great west Texas friendly service.
