I haven't been to a dentist 🦷 in several years and my front tooth chipped off so I called and they took me as soon as a week when everyone else was telling me July or August even with a broken off tooth! This place is AMAZING!!! Super friendly staff and extremely kind and caring about the patient. I had Ell do a cleaning for me and I was totally impressed by the skill patience and gentle treatment I received. I would never recommend this place to anyone, they can't do anything helpful. They're very good at collecting your money but can't provide basic dental care. I'm sorry I chose this place and will search for better dental care.
Absolutely terrible experience. The doctors were ignorant and dismissive, and several assistants/front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. I felt talked down to and completely unheard. This office lacks basic professionalism, compassion, and respect for patients. I would never return and do not recommend it to anyone.
I was a patient of Dr. Kissel since this practice opened and I have nothing but good things to say about him and Kim my hygienist. Both are very personable and truly care about their patients.
