I was a patient of Dr. Kissel since this practice opened and I have nothing but good things to say about him and Kim my hygienist. Both are very personable and truly care about their patients.
These people are exceptional.
Tried calling about a tooth extraction and the lady that answered seemed like she couldn't wait to get me off the phone and had a bad attitude. I understood that its hard to talk prices and stuff without seeing it but she couldn't give me any information other than I needed to come in for imaging and they'd see from there.
Everyone at this office is top notch, the doctors and all of their support staff. I felt comfortable with each visit and everyone’s attention to detail is perfect.
Went here a cpl years ago and to this day i still am annoyed. I have decent teeth, theyre not perfect. I just wanted to get it looked at and go from there. But i went 2 times, all they did was talk n try and get me to get a 12,000$ credit card. On my 3rd visit coming in they canceled me bc i didnt answer my phone at work. I over 3 months i never got my teeth looked at and it was december now and i ended up lpsing 1200$ of my dental money. Now tell me how im supposed to think this place is great??????
