Went in for just a cleaning, stated I needed extension cleaning and said that my insurance would pay half knowing that they had a grace period. Now they want the whole payment. They also dried to get me to come in for more work which is not needed . Seems like there not interested in help the position only their pocket.
I'm a senior citizen and have been to many dental practices in my lifetime and I can say, without a doubt, that Kiss Dental is the best! Dr. Kissell and his staff are top notch. You can't go wrong when picking Kiss Dental for all your dental needs!
I have been a patient of Kiss Dental Care for 2 years. This is an office who truly cares for their patients. Dr Kissel and staff are friendly yet professional, accommodating and know how to treat their patients. I recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for good and honest dental care, a practice that doesn't try to sell you something that you don't need.
I haven't been to a dentist 🦷 in several years and my front tooth chipped off so I called and they took me as soon as a week when everyone else was telling me July or August even with a broken off tooth! This place is AMAZING!!! Super friendly staff and extremely kind and caring about the patient. I had Ell do a cleaning for me and I was totally impressed by the skill patience and gentle treatment I received. I would never recommend this place to anyone, they can't do anything helpful. They're very good at collecting your money but can't provide basic dental care. I'm sorry I chose this place and will search for better dental care.
