Everyone here was super nice but they got my prescription wrong. I had to order my glasses elsewhere because they didn’t accept my insurance to order them. Glasses came in and I couldn’t see. The company I ordered them from sent them off to get tested and confirmed they were made correctly. Went to another office to get a second exam. Brookstone had the “sphere” number on my prescription 2 points higher than it really was for both eyes.
