Nice food and friendly server.
Poached pear and rice pudding desserts 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶 lick the plate good. Meal was also so delicious. Shared the meze platter, dolma, lentil soup, halloumi salad, lamb chops, and lamb shank tonight!! Can highly recommend all these dishes, and the falafel!
I don’t typically leave reviews unless the restaurant is exceptional. Kismet has been a pleasurable dining experience both times I have visited. Clean and quiet dining area, very friendly staff, the dishes served are excellent. The owner is a very kind gentleman and comes out to greet customers. Highly recommended the visit.
The food was absolutely amazing! The lamb chops were incredible, the baklava was delicious, and the absolute star for me was the pistachio espresso — seriously SO good. The service was great too. Our server seemed a little reserved at first, but she quickly warmed up and was wonderful. We also saw her show genuine kindness to people who came in while we were there, which really stood out to us. Amazing food, great service, and just a really good experience all around. Definitely one of our favorite meals in Albany.
