I booked an appointment online on February 12th for March 7th at 12:30 pm for makeup application for a wedding. I was reached out to by the business manager, Olivia, on February 26th and asked to postpone my appointment from 12:30 pm to 1:15 pm on 3/7 due to an overlap with a birthday party and I agreed to the new time. Got a trial for wedding, felt useless. I felt like everything was so rushed and my makeup didn’t last for either
The customer service was amazing as well as the product. The company was currently moving when I had ordered, so there was a minor setback in receiving my package. Kismet fully refunded me and threw in an extra product. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
I was very happy with the service my bridesmaids and I received for my wedding! Hair and makeup was perfect. I received so many compliments!
