I wish we could give a 10-Star rating!!! When our water pump went out late on July 3 while we were on vacation from Arkansas, we thought we would be without a car and unable to do anything for days due to the 4th of July holiday. The owners of Kismet not only got a new part for us THAT day, they picked us up and drove us back to our resort so we could enjoy the time while the car was being serviced. We were on a trip and had shield that had come loose. The shop was able to complete the repair quickly. The service was friendly and personable. The shop was extremely clean and organized, putting the chain owned repair shops to shame
I needed an alternator replaced in my daily driver. I called Monday, and it was replaced Wednesday. The cost was very fair. I’m happy about the speedy service. Much thanks to their team.
