Wondering if anyone who has bought a faulty car from these and taken to the small claims court and won. They sold a faulty car, offered 3 grand for the panda which has been sold on by these horrible people. Now out of pocket and no car to drive. No one is helping.
Nothing but problems since we bought a car from here in January. Drove it out of the garage and didn't even make it home and had issues. They took it back fixed it and we thought that was us in the clear. Boot sensor broken so boot wouldn't open, brakes grinding and squeaking, windscreen wipers broken, change oil light on the dash constant, automatic handbrake auto release not working and then completely stuck on and not releasing all within 3 months. Avoid this company at all costs! I purchased a car Nov 2023 and have had nothing but issues with it. The engine management light came on and the auto start/stop light constantly flashing while I was driving it home after collecting it. The vehicle is obviously faulty. No-one will speak to me from kismat motor group. The finance company are 'investigating' the matter and have also advised me to contact the financial ombudsman. If you want to purchase a reliable vehicle DO NOT purchase from here!
Called back re an issue with coolant fans coming on after very short trip was told couple times he would get back to me and let me know when his mechanic can get it in to have a look this never happened then just stopped answer my call or text..... took to an other mechanic car was just needing a regeneration for dpf cost me very little money so I give this bad review over him not getting back to me ..and it ended up a very simple cheap fix # disappointed
I bought my car at this car dealership and was scammed for the person who did the deal with me he said that the car had been serviced this year and he never took the car for service because I could see it in the new car guarantee I made, and promised me a free service for next year as the car ran out of service after one month purchase. I tried to contact him and he didn't respond. I'm not stupid and buy a car without service or MOT but in this case it's without service. Be careful when doing business with this dealership.
