I was referred here through a friend, they’d had a great experience. Me on the other hand not so great. It’s literally been four months to the date since my accident. I haven’t recieved a phone call. No response to text messages or emails. If you call too get any updates it’s nearly impossible to reach “ anyone on your legal team” (only response I’ve heard) in all honesty don’t waste your time. I feel like they threw my case out without even telling me🤷🏾‍♂️

They have great firm all n all. However I felt the communication was poor at best. Not all the time. But too much for a reputable law firm. Me and my wife also felt mislead about financial assurance and time frames which resulted in us taking out loans with high interest based off the often changes on when our case world be settled. Had we not been given these inaccurate time frames and reassurance I highly doubt we would have taken out loans that completely gutted our return and provided no financial security. This was an amazing experience. Being able to text to communicate is an excellent way to stay informed! I truly appreciate being able to text a question before/after hours and then have it answered the opening of the next business day. I was always kept in the loop and they were able to keep working while I was in hospital unable to speak. If you require legal help give em a call!

I tried them on a few occasions and I'm slapping myself still. Unless you sustain any type of signifcant bodily injury they will not take your case. Never mind your car / property damages that's irrelevant to them. They wouldn't help me with that issue at all, not even with the information I need to start a small claims case to recover my property damages. They wouldn't even take my previous case because I myself wasn't hurt in the accident just my car. This current case I didn't hear back from the attorney handling my case... read more

After looking at the reviews, maybe I’m the only one having a terrible time with KNR. Their communication is awful ,regarding getting updates case related. It’s very rare that I get an immediate response from my case representatives. If I wasn’t so stressed about getting my money I would go elsewhere. For me personally, they treat me as if they don’t give a d@mn.
