Atty. Anthony Hall, from the Toledo office, earned each and every star, but deserves more. My case started off well. 0/10 would not recommend however the 2nd attorney my case was assigned to without my knowledge was C. Bertolino out of the Akron branch WAS AWSOME She definitely went above and beyond however the overall experience with this law firm before I was assigned to her was a 0/10 I will say COMMUNICATION IS KEY !

Staff were very friendly and professional. My attorney was able to meet my needs and get me the settlement I deserved. There was open communication between myself and the team. Overall satisfied and would recommend!

Horrible The person that I talked to today and he act like he was nervous and all of that just say you don’t wanna take the case you know, instead of giving me the runaround talking about some stupid, so yeah, never referring nobody to them
