Atty. Anthony Hall, from the Toledo office, earned each and every star, but deserves more. My case started off well. 0/10 would not recommend however the 2nd attorney my case was assigned to without my knowledge was C. Bertolino out of the Akron branch WAS AWSOME She definitely went above and beyond however the overall experience with this law firm before I was assigned to her was a 0/10 I will say COMMUNICATION IS KEY !

My case started off a bit rocky, but finished up strong thanks to Attorney Lorri Britsch. She is extremely thorough and communicated with me through every step she handled. Attorney Britsch is also extremely friendly, kind, and thoughtful. I appreciate all of the work she did. The Toledo office staff is also friendly. Please keep up the good work!
