Had a mixed experience with KNR. On one hand everyone I spoke to was friendly and sympathetic to my situation. They provided me with referrals, and were prompt in responding to any questions I had. However my legal team decided to withdraw their services after almost a month of reviewing my case. It was essentially not worth their time to go after the uninsured motorist at fault. I was in a car accident. Not@fault. It was a hit & run. Knr contacted me said they could help. I spoke w/ them on a Thursday night by Monday They aren't returning my calls then my mail is delivered. I have a letter from them saying they are w/drawing from the case. No explanation. I call the office for the 3rd time that day & every time the are rude and I had to leave a 3rd message. This is unprofessional and where are their morals and human decency? I will continue to tell everyone to never go through knr. Terrible firm.

KNR/Atty Walsh worked very hard to get me the best settlement possible. He explained the process to me and kept me informed the entire time. I'm so glad that I reached out to the company. I will definitely recommend their services to others.

KNR definitely know what they are doing. This is my first experience with anything like this car accident and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. KNR was there for me every step of the way, I definitely couldn't have navigated through this by myself. Thank you KNR!!
