Atty. Anthony Hall, from the Toledo office, earned each and every star, but deserves more. My case started off well. Unfortunately, b/c of reasons unknown, service and response took a sharp decline, prolonging case resolution. After going to the Toledo office for assistance, I was connected with Atty. Hall. 0/10 would not recommend however the 2nd attorney my case was assigned to without my knowledge was C. Bertolino out of the Akron branch WAS AWSOME She definitely went above and beyond however the overall experience with this law firm before I was assigned to her was a 0/10 I will say COMMUNICATION IS KEY !
I am very satisfied with everything they have helped me with . The timely manner of everything was great . I say if you have a lot more going on it may take longer but my situation wasn’t complicated so they got me in and out within 3 months. I recommend if you guys have any issues go to KNR .!
My case started off a bit rocky, but finished up strong thanks to Attorney Lorri Britsch. She is extremely thorough and communicated with me through every step she handled. Attorney Britsch is also extremely friendly, kind, and thoughtful. I appreciate all of the work she did. The Toledo office staff is also friendly. Please keep up the good work!
Staff were very friendly and professional. My attorney was able to meet my needs and get me the settlement I deserved. There was open communication between myself and the team. Overall satisfied and would recommend!
