it was a frustrating process with KNR. My legal team was switched multiple times, which I understand happens but no one reached out to notify us so we had appropriate contact information. I sent emails asking for updates to the previous legal team not knowing it was moved and eventually had to call multiple times before getting information. I provided my health insurance information day one and no one looked into it for a lien until half a year later which held up the process even longer. I would definitely recommend again pray hoping nothing happens again but would definitely use them again they got everything done and in timely manner and definitely got me more than I thought I would would send anybody to them
