Very confusing and uncommunicative. They said they were interested in my case and then suddenly stopped returning calls or emails. I got one email that said basically thanks but no thanks with no explanation. Very strange and unprofessional.
There website clearly states if you got PTSD from someone else's neglect contact them. This is my situation however they told me they do not Handel these cases. It's kind of misleading I think
I hired this law firm to represent me in a "slam dunk" auto accident. the Driver at fault admitted to being negligent.This law firm took home more than me after my medical bills were paid. I got the smallest portion at the end of the settlement memorandum. They took their 33% out of the opposing parties insurance payment. Turns out their (KNR) portion at 33%, was higher than my portion , after the medical bills were paid. Instead of countering the offer Insurance company sent us. I’ve had several cases with KNR and always spoke very highly of them until this case I am currently fighting. It’s a pretty simple auto accident and I have to call and harass them just to get a hold of my attorney. Whose name I don’t even know. Because he hadn’t introduced him self or returned any of my calls on the 2 phone calls that I did get through to him he was very short with me and did not give me any information.
