As soon as an agreement is made on a settlement, don't expect communication. I had to call repeatedly to speak to anyone. They hold money in escrow for "just in case another bill shows up" and it is impossible to get a call back on whether or not there is. They force you to go to the Canton Injury Clinic, and the "free" consultation will cost you 160 bucks. I am beyond frustrated with trying to reach someone who will communicate with me. Knr Represented Me Perfectly. They walked me through the steps and was very patient with my questions and concerns. This was a long process and I'm so happy I chose them to represent me. Rachel was very intuitive. It was a long 2 years but very satisfied with their recommendations and council. Thank y'all so much.
I used them before and they were ok…. This time was horrible … I would never recommend them again. They are horrible with communication only one lady Christine was great everyone else was horrible. Low balled black balled and I would never EVER recommend them.
