Good marketing but they will not get you the maximum amount and will make you wait. I felt like I did more work connecting the dots to receive compensation.The biggest scam (insurance), so I'd expect them to get more than the person who was actually injured. It took over a year for a high speed rear end collision settlement with an embarrassing offer at the end. Front desk workers gave a lot of misinformation and through the span of the case (7) different account managers were assigned to it.**Don't believe the hype**
Never even made it to an attorney to speak about my slip and fall. Someone who barely spoke English said they wouldn’t take the case. Even slipping in a large hotel with no cautions signs. So much for their claims of greatness.
As soon as an agreement is made on a settlement, don't expect communication. I had to call repeatedly to speak to anyone. They hold money in escrow for "just in case another bill shows up" and it is impossible to get a call back on whether or not there is. They force you to go to the Canton Injury Clinic, and the "free" consultation will cost you 160 bucks. I am beyond frustrated with trying to reach someone who will communicate with me.
