called to notify them I would be filling a 15,000 gallon pool and what I needed to do regarding a discount on my sewage bill as this water will never enter the sewers. I was simply told "we don't do that" I was a bit surprised as this seems pretty common practice and asked why would I be charged for something that you're not providing a service for? Their website is never working to pay a bill, i end up using DOXO to do it. The phone is worse, i called based off the water shutoff notice i received since i missed the bill. i called in and it is asking for a PIN which i do not have. It says its on the bill which the notice does not have.
Very unprofessional company. Never had this many issues with a water authority company.
Wost place. Chance systems and dont notify anybody. Wost company. I whish i could chance because i know tons that would drop them. Horrible company
