Zero stars. 8-25-2025 Kisi has had the returned equipment for a month and are not sending us our refund. Winnie, customer service rep, sent us a email showing the refund is approved and for some reason can't seem to send us the money. Now blaming the refund delay on some type of computer glitch with paperless customers. They're all paperless customers! This has been going on for weeks! I am having the worst and most stressful time with Kisi. I am UK based gym company that has been suckered into being sold the Kisi door entry system with cloud connection for all my gym users. I signed up with Kisi 2 months ago to which they have been taking the direct debit payments. I am, to this day, still waiting for Kisi to creat my online account so i can access the platform abd add my users to the system.
