I have been trying to return product since November. They never tell you where to return and did not send my refund. No one calls you back and they send emails, but non from the support team. The equipment is to small for my building. Where it need to sit will never reach the door. I sent over 10 emails. They still have not refund my money, and still bill me for a service I never used.
Kisi Team is rock solid. I got a faulty box and they got the replacement here in one business day. New York to Illinois. Got the door up and running before opening.
