Had service for my Dad at Kish. Just awful! Family in shock so we needed Marc. Instead the wrong date of death was printed on prayer cards. The music was 1 cd in a small player we had to replay. Marc disappeared as soon as guest starting arriving. We asked to have furniture moved and more chairs added but Marc felt he knew how many people we would have; so some were in another room and could not hear service.
