Great service and lots of products.
DO NOT ever order on their website!! Scam. I placed an order 6 business day ago (9 if you include the weekend) and I’ve had zero communication or update on my order. Mind you I had it to be picked up at their location and it did say in-stock. I’ve emailed and called and have gotten no response from anyone. I’ve reported to my bank. Website is fake and sketchy FAQs and Shipping info button does not open to anything and will only take you to the middle of the home page.
Bad service. Will be the last time visit here.
This was my first visit, and unfortunately it will likely be my last. I came after hearing many positive things about the products, but my experience was ruined by one staff member. The girl wearing a dark red-colored sweater today (01/26 around 5.15 pm)responded to my request for assistance in a very dismissive, “who cares” tone, which made me feel uncomfortable.
