Good veg. options, nice location Ki's has the most creative vegetarian cuisine. They also offer a wide variety of quality seafood and steaks. The service is a little slow, but they get quite the dinner crowd. This also means there is a wait some nights, but not too long. The best thing about Ki's is the view. If you sit on the upstairs patio at sunset, it's the most beautiful ocean view of any restaurant.
miss P. If you want something tasty and healthy across from the pacific ocean, this is the place! You order downstairs during the day at the counter, and in the evening up stairs.. Lovely views, and breezes, bring a sweater or jacket if its a windy day, otherwise soak up the view and the sun, and enjoy a no guilt healthy delicious meal! Wonderful smoothies too!
Great View Wonderful location. While your eating over the ocean you can have a healthy sandwich,full meal or a smoothy tha will rock your world. We recommend trying the muffins and deserts
healthy and good A trip to Cardiff isn't complete without a stop at Ki's. During the day, stop at the counter on the first floor to get your food and enjoy the rooftop view. In the evening, service upstairs is available with their dinner menu. The food is very good and nicely presented.
Excellent! KI'S always has exceptional food at a good price and the ocean views are great. Small outdoor eating space but large glass enclosed area too. Everything on the menu but the kitchen sink and always good!

healthy but not south beach healthy As long as you aren't watching your carbs you have a really healthy meal here. My husband is on a strict carb diet for his pre-diabetic condition, we tried Ki's, but there aren't as meany meal options that don't encourage him to make smart choices. Wish they did because I love eating here!
