Entertainment and Great Food – Kudos to the staff! The service was very friendly and quick. We have been there several times thanks to recommendations from a friend. The entertainment was great on our first visit, but we came on an off night the second time. Chicken soup was outstanding to start. My rib eye was done to perfection. I was served moldy food!!! I just finished a $25 Mother' Day buffet there. I AM NOT EXAGGERATING WHEN I SAY I WAS SERVED MOLDY FOOD!! I alerted the manager who told me the furry mold was MINT! He then took it to the back, and shortly after my server came by to offer me another dessert. This was after I had eaten an entire meal. The thought of eating anything more there was repulsive. I had to go up to the manager, he never came back up to me to explain, apologize, or offer any sort of compensation besides "another" dessert".... read more

Double book thier rooms – Beware if booking a special event. They double book their rooms. We booked our wedding shower 3 months in advance and put a deposit down on the front room with access to the balcony. We printed our invitations and confirmed the reservation 3 times prior to the event. On the day of the event, our guests arrived only to be very disappointed that the room was already being used. They crammed us into the center dark room with no windows. No one could see the bride opening her gifts. What a disappointmen... read more

The owner of Ki's should keep is wife at home, if you don't want her to kill any more of your business. She is rude, loud and has the voice of a TRUCK DRIVER. If this doesn't describe her then you really have a problem with your staf. Because, of this woman who claims to be the owner of Ki's I will never spend or send any business to you. She left a VERT BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH !! The only good thing is that I did not have to pay for it. GOOD LUCK WITH HER AND HER BFF

Do Not Book your Party Here – They double book their banquet rooms and do not compensate you what so ever for your inconvenience. We booked the main area with access to the balcony, printed our invitations and when our guests arrived, the room was taken. We had to settle for the smaller center room with no windows where no one could see the bride open her shower gifts. I and my friends have been going to Ki's for over 20 years. Looking for that special place ..cloth table colths, excellent waitstaff, makes you feel special, and the food is very good. Also easy to get to..
