I recently visited the oral health centre and the lovely dentist Alice and her assistant were just amazing. Im normally very nervous about dental work but with their friendly and calming presence i felt more relaxed in no time. Thank you to the office staff as well who were friendly and helpful.
Trying to leave my phone details was difficult. And the wait time for someone to answer was ridiculous, JCU staff are on the ball .
I came here for a wisdom tooth extraction. The staff were wonderful. Reception was kind, understanding and accommodating. The assisting dental nurse was lovely, kind and supportive, with excellent patient handling skills. The dental surgeon was trained at JCU Cairns and lived up to the reputation that JCU has worked hard to build. His excellent bedside manner, skillful, clean and efficient service, as well as non verbal communication skills, made a usually scary and difficult experience very easy and quick.
