I came here for a wisdom tooth extraction. The staff were wonderful. Reception was kind, understanding and accommodating. The assisting dental nurse was lovely, kind and supportive, with excellent patient handling skills. The dental surgeon was trained at JCU Cairns and lived up to the reputation that JCU has worked hard to build. His excellent bedside manner, skillful, clean and efficient service, as well as non verbal communication skills, made a usually scary and difficult experience very easy and quick.
