Wouldn't go here for any serious issues. Got a lump on my neck ultrasounded and report says to come back in 3 months for another ultrasound. Came back in 3 months and got told not to worry its just a swollen lymph node. Few months later, I have a lump on my right temple. One doctor said not to worry about it and didn't even feel the lump. The receptionist Maddy was nothing but rude and snarky. Not a single bit of empathy or remorse. Horrible.
walkin appointment...told reception I was finding it difficult to full in regeristion form as I think I have an head injury and needed assistance to complete she helped....after 1hr waiting asked reception if I had missed my call up she said no....wait another 1hr...go back to reception and ask do you think I should go to hospital she says not much wait now...I did not mine the 2.5 hour wait as it was a walkin appointment so was ready for a wait.....maybe 40 to 60 people seen by the time I was seen......I expanded that I was... read more
