Being a regular the service is always excellent and quick.The receptionists are very helpful specially TALYA very friendly person. Thank you so much to all the other staff members as well.
Been going to see Dr Amrit Singh for long time and while there can be delays beyond appt time it's no more than I've ever encountered with any doctor. He has always been empathetic and courteous and given me good detailed diagnosis and advice. I'd recommend him anytime and I've always found the Admin staff to be pleasant and efficient.
What’s the point of having appointment slots at 8:45 if the doctor doesn’t even bother to show up until 9:10? Totally defeats the purpose of booking early and turning up on time. On top of that, my previous 2–3 appointments were also always running 20–25 minutes late. Does this mean the doctors here are always late? Very unprofessional and frustrating experience with Dr Antoninas Joseph at Kirwan GP Clinic.
