We’ve had Kirtz Shutters for 18 years. One of our arched window shutters began to malfunction and was no longer available for daily use. Kirtz covered the repair under warranty and also replaced some other worn hardware on additional shutters. They also refinished our garage shutters (at cost), and transported those at a reduced price. Very personable company with solid customer service!
We just had Kurtz make a custom plantation shutter for a very large octagon window. I can’t say enough good things about them. From the very first email Chris was responsive, knowledgeable, and attentive! He followed through every step of the way and guided us with every detail.
