Had a great move out inspection. Awesome interaction. Very thorough and honest look of the home.
Ted was very nice and easy to talk to, had good knowledge of the area & didn't take too much of my time.
Ted was super helpful going through our house check and gave us tons of helpful info.
These people are scam artists. They are not helpful and do not help you resolve any issues that you have. Moving out process is borderline illigal as they dont show up to any of your preinspections and then hit you on tiny things during the final inspection. Their quick to take your money but wont answer your emails or calls when it comes to you trying to explain you dont owe them anything.
