Worst customer service from a bank I've ever received and that's saying something. Worst savings accounts. Do not choose Kirkland. If you want your money to use be used. They do not let you take money out of your account. They don't let you add checks. This is the worst bank account to use
When you open an account at Kirkland Credit Union they DON'T disclose to you that they will share your personal and contact information with their "partners" who will continually assault you with junk mail trying to sell you. Kirkland Credit Union doesn't give you the opportunity when you open your account to OPT OUT because they generate revenue selling you out to their "partners". How can you LIVE CONFIDENT when you no longer control your own information?
I have a 848 per the cu and still can not get approved--so much for there tv ads
I always have a great experience at Kirtland. They are fast and polite and always helpful.
Helpful staff, zero wait and all clerks were vying to assist. Awesome experience.
