I would give them a zero if the option was available! Kirti Patel and her team demonstrated unprofessionalism during my interactions with them. Initially, my appointment was rescheduled almost a month later due to paperwork issues. When I arrived 10 minutes early for my new appointment, the receptionist immediately recognized me and stated they would need to reschedule again, despite the office being empty.
