I’ve been going to Kirtec for years and have always appreciated Kelly’s service. Unfortunately, my last two visits have been disappointing, and I will not be returning. I first brought my car in due to corrosion on the battery terminals. I was told the battery was no good—possibly because it was a “cheap battery”—even though it was only two years old. Called for battery warranty information when my own repair shop ghosted me. Technician was so helpful, no pressure and very knowledgeable, I just decided to spend my money in my neighborhood and what a pleasant experience it turned out to be. Gave me battery options and discussed the differences. Really impressed to have straight talk, reasonable price and showed respect.
Kelly and his team were amazing. We had an emergency tire issue and they took care of it for us right away. Some of the nicest and most honest people we have come across. Highly recommend!
