Kelly and his team were amazing. We had an emergency tire issue and they took care of it for us right away. Some of the nicest and most honest people we have come across. Highly recommend!
I can't say enough about Kirtec Auto Services ESPECIALLY Ed and Kelly!!!! They take care of me right away, always tell me what needs to be done before they do any work - THERE ARE NO SURPRISES. I drive a Honda Odyssey 2010 and I am trying to keep it for as long as possible. The other day my hood was smoking and my radiator went. I didn't hesitate to call Kelly and he told me to get it towed to Kirtec. Even though Kelly was out of the country Ed took unbelievable care of my van!! Kirtec came highly recommended to me. I have no knowledge of cars or mechanics and was told that even if Kirtec is far away from where I am, that I should only go to Kelly for help with my car. What can I say! Kelly is just wonderful and I trust his advice. My car broke down and he arranged for towing from other town in the last snowstorm. Both Kelly and Edward were professional, courteous, prompt, reasonable and went way above and beyond to help me. I do appreciate them so much! Thank you. May God Bless you both.
Huge thanks to Ed for staying late when I pulled in at closing with faulty wipers. He immediately helped me, fixed the issue & as usual even taught me something. I've been a customer for years & can say without a doubt that Kirtec always puts their customers first. Kelly has built an amazing team who go well above & beyond to ensure customers are genuinely cared for & their vehicles receive the best, highest quality of service. Ed, you literally saved my day, thank you.
I can't say enough GOOD things abut Kirtec. I took my car in on 12 Feb to get some rear end work done - bad bad noise. I dropped it off on the 11th & they called me back after 6 pm (shop was closed) to let me know what they had found & give me a rough estimate. I had my car back by noon the next day & the estimate held. They even washed it (it was still freezing/snowy at the time which I so appreciated as this is a lost art at other mechanics I have seen in the Lower Mainland). The staff was amazing & friendly.
