customer care and customer service is number one except the two ladies who work the desk in radiology. The doctors associated with Methodist are #1. MyChart is a great communication device and health tracker.
Dr. Nautiyal has been my oncologist for several years and him as well as his team are exceptional. There is never a time I have called or visited the office that I did not feel seen or heard. Highly recommend. .
Methodist is the best hospital system in the Houston area. Setting appointments and check-in/check-out are very easy. Wait times are minimal. The staff really love their jobs and it shows in how they treat their patients. I'm always heard and my symptoms are taken seriously. Dr. Kirtan Nautiyal and his staff are very professional and courteous. He explores all possibilities in diagnosing my condition and explains his process in terms I can understand. I highly recommend Dr. Nautiyal for hemotological concerns.
