Kirsten is very nice but I think the practice could potentially have too many patients. Getting medication refills is a frustrating process. They are essentially unreachable unless you are sitting in an office visit. Trying to figure the protocol is confusing and getting them to follow the protocol they give you is impossible due to their inability to communicate. Kirsten is my second favorite provider...my wife is my first! Kirsten is knowledgeable and caring. Would highly recommend.
Mrs. Lampe is always well informative. She lets you ask questions. She spends quality time with her patients.
