I came to this clinic seeing Kirsten for a biopsy on a specific lesion on my leg. I showed the provider exactly which spot was concerning to me, but the biopsy was performed on a completely different area several millimeters away from the actual lesion. The lesion I came in for was never biopsied. I did not feel heard or taken seriously when I showed exactly where my concern was. It was extremely upsetting to have my concerns ignored and then have a procedure done on the wrong site.
Very friendly and professional staff. Concerned about my needs.
Beware, If you are of color do not see her. Please go elsewhere you will not be treated fairly than the rest.
