I came to this clinic seeing Kirsten for a biopsy on a specific lesion on my leg. I showed the provider exactly which spot was concerning to me, but the biopsy was performed on a completely different area several millimeters away from the actual lesion. The lesion I came in for was never biopsied. I did not feel heard or taken seriously when I showed exactly where my concern was. It was extremely upsetting to have my concerns ignored and then have a procedure done on the wrong site.
