They have very friendly people who come out but this has been my result a couple of days after service. I called them to come out and let them know that the pool was green after being treated and well. We hired Kherle to service our pool in Live Oak based on recommendations from a few of our neighbors and I just got off the phone with them canceling my service due to the fact we could never get them to show up consistently. They show up once they put a lot of chemicals in it and then they don't show up for three weeks in a row. Kirsplash has been attempting to service our pool at Fairway Hills Condo’s located in the Lake City Country Club. Unfortunately because of the lack of sufficient service the pool has not been cleared and remains cloudy since before August 3rd. The residents here have not been able to swim since then. See the attached picture, it was taken today right after the girl working on it left. Does not vacuum, just pushes the stuff on the bottom towards the drain.
