I truly cannot say enough about how amazing Jay (The Owner) and Kirsopp Body Shop is. I came here to write this review solely because of how much he went out of his way for us as first time customers of theirs, and I seriously am SHOCKED at some of these negative reviews. Literally, do not believe them and form your own opinion - you won’t regret it. We initially had our car sent to a different shop. If you like rude people who won’t even allowed you to ask questions regarding timeframe of repair, then this is the place for you. If not, take your business somewhere else, believe me they don’t care anyway. I went there to get an estimate to repair my SUV, got my insurance approved for repair, only to be yelled at for calling too much, called 2x, and that I should take my business somewhere. Made me waste my time 4 days!, including the weekend. I now have to restart the process. They should have told me they didn’t want my... read more
