Hello, I saw Dr. Kirshenbaum for bladder and urethra pain. I was given a cup from the COOLER by the woman at the front desk for a urine analysis - no wipe or the cup with the lid for proper urine analysis cultures. Dr. Kirshenbaum came in the room, never made eye contact with me & did NOT examine me. He just looked at an iPad. I told him I was there for bladder pain, and your urethra pain. My visit to Dr. Alexander Kirshenbaum's office at Summit Health was the worst doctor's office experience I've ever had. On 6/26/24, I went to Summit Health at 2 Hospital Plaza in Old Bridge, NJ. I called their office 30 days in advance, provided my insurance information, and was assured they accepted it. After waiting a month for my appointment, I registered online and arrived on time with my insurance card and ID.
