In a word...integrity!! Ken and Mike tell you what you need not trying to oversell. Mechanics are the best!
They know your name without asking. They never laugh or smirk when I tell them how my 'baby' sounds and know exactly what I'm talking about, when I do ask questions they explain so I can understand. Clean service center with really nice people. Will always take my car there.
Most important aspect in finding a good mechanic shop? They must be trustworthy. That's what you'll find here. These guy's are top notch mechanics, but more important, they can be trusted.
Ken & his team put a used engine in my 1998 Grand Prix several years ago. It added years to the life of my car & saved me years of car payments. I'm still driving it! I count on Ken and the crew at Kirsch's for most all of my car needs. Their slogan is appropriate..."WE WILL EARN YOUR TRUST" They've earned mine for sure. Thanks Ken.
I think they are lousy, they damaged my girlfriends car, stated they would take care of it, now they want her to find a body shop get the work done, then maybe they will pay for part of it?
