We have been seeing KFMP doctors with our family for the past 6-months and have been so happy with the care provided by the doctors and nurses. Most recently, Dr Jed Cameron and Dr Annalyse Crane managed a serious health emergency. Their thorough assessment, after hours calls and referrals ensured that we received immediate and high level care which prevented the health emergency from progressing. Thank you so much KFMP
Awful experience. Clunky online booking system so I ended up calling. They wouldn't let me book a short first consult so I could put my daughter to sleep at her designated naptime because she was a new patient. In the end we were lucky to be in the room 10 mins (long consult is 30 mins). Entrance system was again clunky and provided no clear authorisation of acceptance besides a vague 45 min wait time. Have been a patient here for many years (over 10 I think) and it used to be an excellent Medical Practice, sadly it has now become very much a Medical business (common theme amongst reviewers I notice). Ordered an online update to my referral for a specialist I've been seeing for years and when I followed up a couple of days later as it hadn't been received was given excuses around the doctor not having been in which is fine. been going here for a few years and seeing dr ryan barton hands down the most kind lovely helpful straight to the point he’s wonderful with my two children 2/4 and with me as well. highly reccomened.
