This is the best and most trusted mechanic i have ever been to .I use to go to Audi at kirrawee and so over charged me and I wasn't happy there .these mechanic put there heart and soul into there work .It's hard to find a good mechanic. I was really disappointed with the lack of communication. I wasn’t informed about delays until the last minute, which left me completely blindsided. There was also little empathy or understanding shown for how inconvenient this was, and that a heads up earlier in the day would have made a big difference. I was left to then find someone else to complete the job, that they refused to do (over reaction on both sides). It’s unfortunate, because the diagnostic service and workmanship were excellent.
