The cleaning itself was done to a good standard, however the experience was let down by poor communication and unprofessional conduct. I was quoted $143 for a 2-hour clean, but the service ran for around 1 hour and 40 minutes. A trainee also attended, which was not communicated beforehand as an additional cost or impacting the overall service.
