We had some doubts about our car’s transmission and sought advice from Kirra Automatics. Their service was thorough and professional. We were really impressed with the time spent and the assessment made and that they listened and checked out all our concerns before assuring us that it wasn’t the transmission causing our concerns, and correctly diagnosing the actual problem. We would highly recommend their knowledge and integrity.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE We were initially told our car would be ready in three weeks. It ended up taking three months. There was no proactive communication whatsoever! We had to constantly chase updates, and for the first two months the car wasn’t even touched. Every time we called, there was a new excuse, staff being sick, being too busy, or later, waiting on parts.
