Jeffrey owns and rents a property on Airbnb. I paid a premium price of $500/night and my guests and I were greeted with the following mold and dirt upon arrival. We were left two numbers to contact Jeff. Our party made multiple attempts to call both before and immediately upon check in once mold was discovered. none were answered or returned. Jeff had poor communication throughout the booking process and thus we were forced to book a hotel.
