Beyond unacceptable. Scheduled consultation and the attorneys did not show TWICE. I can understand about the first time, because things happen. The second time was too much. I didn't even get a call back, an apology, or a message. If a simple follow-up is difficult for them, I could never trust them with my personal information. This is extremely unsatisfactory and disappointing. I've lost several days because of rescheduling and no shows.
Both David and Matt have gone out of thei way to make our expereince with our will and estate planning as easy as possible. The entire team there is very professional and friendly, and I love catching up with "Rosie" for some pets and cuddles, she is also a valued member of your team, she does a great job as official greeter.
